How delivery works

Orders placed by Wednesday 8pm are prepared Thursday and delivered Friday between 10am and 6pm. We provide estimated delivery windows the evening before.

Delivery areas currently cover Christchurch, Wellington, Dunedin, and surrounding regions within 40 kilometres. If you're outside these zones, contact us to discuss options—we're gradually expanding coverage based on demand.

All produce is packed at farm level and consolidated at regional hubs. This reduces handling compared to traditional distribution while maintaining cold chain integrity where necessary.

Subscription flexibility

No long-term commitments required. You can pause, modify, or cancel at any time with one week's notice. Skip weeks when you're travelling. Adjust quantities as household needs change.

We understand that rigid subscription models create pressure rather than convenience. This system is designed to adapt to your life, not the other way around.

Many customers start with one service and gradually add others as they discover what works for their household. There's no penalty for changing your mind.

Quality commitment

If anything arrives in unsatisfactory condition, we'll replace it or credit your account. This rarely happens due to short transit times, but it's important you trust the system completely.

Seasonal variation means you won't get identical boxes week after week. This is intentional. Eating seasonally means accepting natural abundance cycles rather than forcing artificial consistency.
